I have just sold my first home through Rudy Yonson Real Estate. I initially obtained appraisals from a couple of local agents. They didn’t come across as ‘schmick’ and flashy as the other agents, but I chose to go with them as Michael and Clinton (and Kylie in the office) came across as really genuine, decent people. I know they worked really hard to get the sale – I’m guessing Clinton did nearly 15 (or more) private inspections in addition to the open houses. There was no pressure to sell quick and take low-ball offers, and in the end, the house sold for a price above the top of the ranges quoted by the other agents. Hence I wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them again.
